In such cases you have to make sure that C:\Program Files\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\9.0\bin; comes before C:\Program Files\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\9.0\bin64.
- The SQL server should be properly installed. You should also check that dbxmss.dll and dbxmss9.dll are properly installed. Due to some reasons both MSSQL and MSSQL9 uses dbxmss.dll file. Due to this reason also you may get DBX error.
